How do I reset my PIN if I forget it?
If you've forgotten your PIN, go to the login screen and select "Forgot PIN". You'll need to verify your identity through an OTP sent to your registered mobile number, after which you can create a new PIN.
What are the daily transaction limits?
Standard accounts have a daily transaction limit of $5,000 and a monthly limit of $20,000. Business accounts have higher limits. You can view your specific limits in the Account Settings section of your dashboard.
How long do transfers take to process?
Transfers between accounts on our platform are instant. Transfers to bank accounts typically take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving bank and the time of day the transfer is initiated.
Is my money safe?
Yes, all funds are securely held in trust accounts at regulated financial institutions. ECITIZEN employs industry-standard security measures to protect your information and transactions. Additionally, we are regulated by the relevant financial authorities in Kenya.
